I really like this location since I frequent often as it is close to where I reside! It's always clean on the inside when we go and the service here, everyone seem so happy to be working here. The food is always fresh! When I use the drive thru, they always get my order correct as well. Certain days there is always an event for moms, dads and the little ones. With that being said, be cautious of which day you want to sit inside the restaurant as the noise volume can be very high with screaming children!! Still you can use the drive thru and take it home. This location is always doing something for remembering the military and their families, etc., and I like that as well. I will definitely be back as everything here is so yummy!

We've always been happy with our experiences here. Very clean inside and out. Nice playground for the children, clean restrooms, friendly staff, cute decorations. This place is usually always packed with a line of cars around the building. They constantly have family events which is so much fun! They send out text messages for specials and discounts.

Everything you expect from Chick-fil-a (tasty food, great service) is here. The parking lot is insane at lunch time and dinner time and before the HS around the corner starts. They do a lot of family/kids events and people tend to let their kids wander through the parking lot so you have to be extra careful. When the drive thru line gets long (and that's often), it's hard to navigate or park in the parking lot. I usually wait until I must have the lemonade to deal with it.

I do NOT want to rate any Chick-fil-A like this, because the food is always amazing. But the customer service I got here put a bad taste in my mouth. My fiancee and I were next in line (didn't even wait but like a minute) and I began to order: Me: "Hi there! We'd like an Original Chicken Sandwich with no pickles-" Cashier (said something like): "Whoa, wait wait hold on." EXCUSE ME? He interrupted me in the middle of my sentence and in the RUDEST WAY. So to not get any of the younger workers there in trouble, this mad was an older man and was a Team Leader. Then, after our order, my fiancee just asked "Sir, is there any way we can add mayo to the sandwich", to which the cashier replied, "Oh, yeah it's over there" and pointed us to the condiments where the napkins and stuff were at. First of all, we never really dine-in a lot, so we forgot that there are mayo packets, but that's besides the point and for all he knew this was our first time ever eating there. He was just not a happy person and definitely not what we always are greeted with when we go to Chick-fil-A. I'm unhappy with this location and hope we do not get him again next time.

Chick-fil-A... ahh... the yumminess and universal nicety of the place is just something that gives me a warm feeling inside. I remember living far from one of these and it was always a treat to get to go and get a classic chicken sandwich. These guys claim to have invented the chicken sandwich... I don't know if that's true or not, but they do it well! We love their tea - usually get it half and half - and make a special stop for lemonade every once and a while. For lunch/dinner lately we have been sharing a grilled chicken cool wrap - I LOVE their avacodo lime ranch!!! It makes for a nice lite outing. The waffle fries are pretty good as well, and they use Heinz ketchup here - my favorite. My wife likes their Chick-fil-A sauce and special barbecue. Breakfast - I like the chicken biscuit (when made fresh) and the cinnamon cluster. I'm a sucker for cinnamon buns! They lost a star due to my last chicken biscuit being luke-warm and biscuit being soggy... yuck! This was the only bad experience I've had here so far, though. Chick-fil-A will always hold a special place in my foodie lineup. I also appreciate the community outreach activities that this place and other locations do. If you haven't gone yet.... what are you waiting for????

I am very impressed with CFA Eagle Harbor and am a huge fan of this location. I follow this location's FB feed, along with 2 other CFAs in Jax, and CFA Eagle Harbor seems to be the only one out of the 3 that I follow that is very active in the community. I love that the owner gives back to the community in many ways, and that speaks volumes about him. He sends out Mr. Chickamoo (the mascot) to local schools during sporting events sometimes; he regularly visits local businesses during the workweek and surprises them with trays, sandwiches, or desserts; and often there are random giveaways for free food when you visit the restaurant. (Just follow their FB page!) I've never had a problem with service or food at this location. My only complaint is that the lines, inside and out, are verrrrry long during lunch and eats into almost all of a 30 minute lunch break. Still, this business deserves 5 stars because, not only are the food and service amazing, the owner pays it forward (and cultivates that mentality) and very generously gives back to the community.

The staff are always nice here. I went to the drive-through to get some breakfast. I was craving a chicken biscuit. They have the fluffiest biscuits and the breaded chicken is to die for...literally (in 15-20 years from a Heart Attack, likely). The restaurant has a dining facility and indoor play gym. I don't bring my beautiful daughter here, since she will never leave, and it won't fit my fat a$$ to extract her. I don't need to be in the news for being rescued by the Fire Department for having been trapped in the entry point of the Indoor Gym, OK? Food quality is consistently good for a Chik Fil A. They are always closed on Sundays! I need to keep remembering that, when I get my craving and I have to wait until Monday to eat there. I am a fan. Yay!

I heart Chick fil A!!!! This has to be the best fast food restaurant on the planet. I became a lover of this little gem when I was in junior high school and have been an addict ever since. I always go to this location when I am home visiting family and it is a MUST have when I am in a city that is lucky enough to have one. We do not have a Chick fil A in Las Vegas and that makes me sad.....and my friends and family know this because every time someone comes to visit, they bring me a sandwich or 3. I heart Chick fil A and I also heart anyone who brings me a sandwich when they come to visit!!!!
